Directions:
Adults, mix one serving (one scoop) with 4-6 ounces (120-180 ml) of water and stir. Consume 10-15 minutes prior to training or when looking for an energy boost. Establish tolerance level before increasing dose. Do not consume more than two servings (two scoops) at one setting or more than four servings (four scoops) within a 24 hour period. Do not use 6 hours prior to sleep.
